The Quality Leadership Program
Focuses on 12 of the key areas
managers require to be successful and effective. Mangers are not
necessarily effective if they are successful and visa versa. A
manager may be deemed to be successful if his or her department
meets quota or sales targets. That same manager would not be
effective if their attendance is required at all times in order for
production, sales, profit or customer satisfaction are to be
achieved. The effectiveness of a manger is gauged on how things work
when he or she is not present.
