Progressive Discipline Maintaining Discipline

The intention of progressive discipline is to ensure that the employee understands what he/she is doing wrong, the corrective action necessary and the consequences of failing to achieve agreed expectations. This program is very intensive with extensive interaction between the facilitator & participants. Case studies, role- play and video- taping for critique are used.
